ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SUBMISSION

Please read the submission rules before submitting your abstract:

• Abstract submissions (for oral communications or poster presentations) until July 15^th, 2025.
• Abstracts submitted for oral presentation but not accepted may be considered for poster presentation, if authors agree.
• Presenting author must ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. All authors listed in the abstract must have contributed significantly to the work.
• Authors are responsible for the content of the abstracts. If the work, or part of it, has already been accepted or published, the authors are responsible for ensuring that the necessary copyright permissions are obtained.
• The presenting author must register for the event by October 15^th, 2025 (to take advantage of the reduced fee) and must be available to participate at the scheduled date and time.
• It is MANDATORY to use the abstract template and submit it in this FORM. Please do not include figures or graphs.
• All abstracts should be submitted and presented in English.
• Content of abstracts cannot be modified or corrected after final submission.
• All abstracts accepted will be published in the congress abstract book.
• Final decision on whether a submission will be categorized as an oral communication or a poster will be made by the Scientific Committee.
• Notification to authors will be sent by email to the address provided during abstract submission by September 30^th, 2025.

Communications category and guidelines for abstracts presentation

• Oral Communication – 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion (total of 15 minutes).
• Poster Presentation – Posters will be displayed during the event, and the author will be required to be present next to their poster during the presentation/discussion.
• The final oral and poster presentation must be submitted by November 15^th, according to the rules sent on the acceptance email.
• Failure to do so may result in the inability to guarantee the use of appropriate technological resources for the presentation.
• A template for oral communications and poster presentation will be provided in due course.
• The final decision on whether a submission will be categorized as an oral communication or a poster will be made by the Scientific Committee.
