1 Early Bird Fee until March 15^th

This is the only registration form for the EHS Porto 2026 congress.

Please read each item carefully. If you make a mistake at any stage, please contact the local secretariat.

2 Payment Methods

After completing the registration on this form, you will be redirected to a payment page, where you will select the method you prefer.

If you are not successful, please do not register twice. Contact us at adriana.sousa@diventos.com

Payment for your registration can be made by :

Bank Transfer

If you select the bank transfer payment option, the bank details will appear. Sending proof of payment is mandatory for registration validation.

If you need an invoice for another entity to proceed with the payment, please register without paying and send us an email with this request so we can send you the invoice.

Card

The card payment system may require message authentication with your bank.

We have experienced some failures with payments coming from some countries. If the card payment fails, don't worry! You can send us an email to try again (in many cases, a second attempt is successful).

If you encounter any limitations with the system, please let us know!

Card payment on site will be possible because there will be a POS (in this case, all cards will be accepted, except American Express).

The registration fee will not change if you are already registered.

Multibanco Reference or MB WAY

Only available for payments by Portuguese entities.

3 Cancellation Policy

Up to two months before the event start date, a full refund of the requested services will be provided.
Up to one month before the event start date, half of the value of the requested services will be refunded.
Cancellations received within 30 days prior to the event will not be refunded.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to Diventos in writing, and refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after the event has taken place.
Any refund requests for registration purposes through sponsors will also be handled according to the above.

A €20 administrative fee will be applied to all requests.

4 Visa Application Letter

Once registered, if you need a visa application letter, please send that request to adriana.sousa@diventos.com with the following information:

Full Name, Nationality, Passport Number.

Without registration for the congress, no letter will be issued.

5 Privacy Policy and Permissions
