Abstract Submission Rules

XVIII SPCMIN Congress

Abstract submission deadline extended until 31/07/2025.

🔹 Registration for the Congress of the PRESENTER identified in the abstract submission is mandatory.
🔹 Any change in the abstract as well as author changes must be registered on the platform or informed via email to mafalda.vaz@diventos.com before accepting the paper.
🔹 Abstracts must contain a maximum of 2500 characters and should contain: Aims, Methods, Results and Conclusion(s).
🔹 Videos must have a maximum duration of 7 minutes.
🔹 It is mandatory to attach the YouTube link to the Abstract, in the Abstract Submission form (The video must be published on the YouTube account of one of the authors of the paper).
🔹 Due to copyright, videos submitted with music will not be considered for evaluation.

After approval:

🔹 Oral Communications must be prepared for a maximum of 7 minutes of presentation.
🔹  All presentations (E-Posters, Oral Communications and Videos) must be made in English.
🔹  All E-Posters will be, after acceptance of the work, obligatorily attached in PDF (use this Template) on this platform.
🔹  Oral communications and videos must be uploaded at the event slide desk, at the first hour of the day.

By submitting your work, you authorise SPCMIN to use and publish it in the media associated with the Society.
