CANCELLATION POLICY

- Up to two months before the start date of the event, there will be full refund of the services requested.
- Up to one month before the start date of the event, half of the amount of services requested will be refunded.
- Cancellations received within 30 days prior to the event do not provide for refunds of amounts paid.
- The cancellation request must be sent to Diventos in writing and the return (if applicable) will only take place after the event.
- Any refund requests for sponsor registration will also be dealt with as explained above.
